At HMOrganicss, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Perishable or opened organic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
